Braeden C. Jehle specializes in the nationwide marketing and sales of Manufactured Home Communities and RV Resorts.  Braeden is an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office.

Braeden received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrations with a concentration in Financial Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in 2010. He has managed both projects and people in a variety of industries ranging from entertainment & hospitality to charity work/fundraising & philanthropic work and is leveraging his strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to build a career in real estate.



Dustin B. Wilmer specializes in the nationwide marketing and sales of Manufactured Home Communities and RV Resorts in the Western States. Dustin is an Investment Associate in the Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Office.

Originally from Maryland, Dustin received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Towson University in 2008. He has developed strong interpersonal, sales, and leadership skills through his extensive management background in the hospitality and entertainment industry. In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his 6 year old daughter, Madilyn. He also enjoys reading and playing the guitar. Dustin has an established work ethic, positive attitude and passion for building long-term relationships. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals.



Jamie D. Taylor is a valuable addition to the Marcus & Millichap team. He left a career in banking and now serves as a Financial Analyst and Operations Manager for Douglas Danny and his Marcus & Millichap team. Jamie is responsible for escrow management, junior broker support, property management, budget & cost control and marketing communications.

Jamie has acquired his knowledge and understanding of finance and operations through twelve years of experience in Consumer & Commercial Banking and Business Management Training. Jamie has been in the San Diego area for 7 years. He is originally from Washington, D.C.

Haydee Salas serves as Brokerage Manager for Douglas Danny and his Marcus & Millichap team.  Haydee is responsible for research, financial analysis, marketing, escrow management, creating offering memorandums, document preparation, compliance and processing. Her contribution allows the brokers to focus on business development and client service.



Prior to joining Marcus Millichap in 2015, Jack E. Hendrix spent 13 years with Capstone Real Estate Investments, a closely held national student housing development and investment firm, focused on the  acquisition of student housing sites and apartments across the US.  Prior to Capstone, Jack was a a manufactured home retailer and developed Mobile Home Communities which he still owns and operates today. Jack’s history also includes time with two large national real estate investment/development firms, Colonial Properties and Daniel Realty, as a financial analyst and later a syndication products manager.

In 1983 Jack became one of the nation’s youngest realtors to receive the coveted designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the Realtors National Marketing Institute. Jack put himself through Auburn University at Montgomery as a flight instructor teaching private, commercial and instrument flight in single and multiengine aircraft. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1975.

Today, Jack is a Member of Marcus Millichap’s National Manufactured Home Communities Group  and has been working closely with the San Diego based team. He’s focusing on manufactured home communities in Alabama and the adjoining states; Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee and the panhandle of Florida.



Chad O’Connor joined the San Diego office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) in June 2004. As a vice president capital markets with MMCC, Mr. O’Connor is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders.

During his career with MMCC, Mr. O’Connor was honored as MMCC’s top originator in 2007 and has been a top 10 producer for the past seven years. He was a recipient of the firm’s prestigious national achievement award in 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and has received a sales recognition award every year since 2006.

Mr. O’Connor is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biopsychology. He holds a real estate salesperson’s license from the California Department of Real Estate. He is currently active in the Commercial Realtors Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association, and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Developing Leaders.
